You Say When I Am Wearing Prescription Eyeglasses, I Looked Like A Doctor
Since Tom just returned hometown, he knew others repelled him because he was thought to be an outlander. Though he performed better than other children around and looked cleverer, Tom was not accepted. Even his cousins felt it disgracing to stay and play games with him. Till he grows up a little, nothing changes that he still has to be alone. Tom knows that he is fat and short. A boy who wears eyeglass like him will never be center of the multitude. He has ever tried to join others and been part of them, but he fails time after time. Then he becomes diffident and refuses to communicate with everyone else. Even in class, he nearly never answers any teacher’s questions. Gradually, the only characteristic other people remember about him is his stupid eyeglasses. And he owns a nickname -“Famute”. (more…)
